Terms & conditions
1. Booking after receipt of your reservation request (by email, mail or telephone), you will receive a confirmation from us with the invoice for the total amount of the reservation. Once we have received the amount of the deposit, the reservation is final.
2. Rental period during the southern summer season, the rental period of the cottage is at least 1 week and starts on Saturday at 16:00 and ends on Saturday at 10:00. In order for the cottage to be ready for the next rental period, we ask you to respect the time of departure, otherwise we will have to charge you an extra day. Outside the Summer Southern, the cottage can be rented for example in the middle of the week or weekend. You then pay per night 1/7 of the price of the week.
3. Rates The rental day is:
- 70 € TTC / day (60.10£) ,
- 450 € TTC / week (386.37 €),
- 1 600 € TTC / month (1 373.78 £).
Options: Creole meal 12 € / adult (10,30£), for children 5 € / child (-14 years old) (4,29£), toilet linen per person 10 € / week (8,59£), sheets per person 10 € / stay (8,59£), the animals are allowed with prior approval, a Price for non-refundable animals is charged for each pet that is approved, end-of-stay cleaning 50 € (42,93£).
4. Deposit on arrival, a deposit of 250 € (214,65£) must be paid. Thank you for note that today you can not pay electronically, we only accept in cash. The deposit will be, if none of the faults are observed at the end of the rental period, immediately returned. When the cost of the damage exceeds € 250 (214,65£), a new invoice will be carried and transmitted to the customer if it is not settled at the start.
5. Cancellation Annolation must be notified by registered letter. The date of receipt of this letter will determine the cancellation fees: – cancellation more than 60 days before the date of arrival 15 of the entire rent. – Cancellation between 60 and 30 days: 30 of the total rent. – Cancellation less than 30 days before entering the rented accommodation: 100 of the total rental.
6. Cleaning You are responsible for final cleaning after your stay if you specified it during the reservation. Final cleaning will be provided by us (see rates) in other cases. In any case, you have to leave the cottage in a clean state. Do not leave waste. Kitchen (think of the oven), as well as the barbecue. If you do not leave the cottage as described above, we can charge additional cleaning fee.
7. Linen Bed linen, towels and towels: You can bring yours. You can also rent them at home (please inform in advance). Bed linen: 10 € (8,59£) per person for the duration of stay. Toilet linen per person 10 € / week (8,59£).
8. Animals and smokers The animals are allowed with prior approval. A price for non-refundable animals is charged for each pet that is approved. It is forbidden to smoke inside. Smokers are invited to use an ashtray and throw cigarette butts in a trash can after.
9. The maximum number of people The number of people in the cottage must not exceed the capacity of the cottage and / or the agreed number at the time of booking, unless agreed with the owner. This may result in additional fees (additional people pay extra 10).
10. Liability during the stay, the tenant is responsible for the cottage and all his property. We are not responsible for the damage or disadvantages, in any form or by any reason whatsoever, for the tenant and any other person or animal that are in or near the rented house. Despite our extreme attention we can not accept responsibility for the disadvantages arising from temporary changes from situations outside our control and / or knowledge.
